BY-PASS VALVE for Bent Axis Pumps
For P Pump applications; where the pump is driven by a continuous running PTO (PTO which cannot be disengaged),
Appiah HYDRAULIC offers a by-pass valve which is fitted onto the back of the pump.
From 5cc to 180cc all size of by-pass valve available for P Serie of Bent Axis Pumps.
This solution allows the continuous running of the pump:
- without creating problems of fluid overheating;
- without affecting pump service life;
- with no modifications necessary to the hydraulic circuit of the equipment.

TD Tandem pumps consits of two single pumps mounted on a common drive shaft. Hydraulically, the two pumps operate independently of one another but they share a common suction port in the pump´s centre section. The larger pump of the combination is situated at the shaft end (the drive side). With equal frame sizes, the pump with the larger displacement is situated at the drive side.

Flange and shaft designed for direct mounting on truck gearbox PTO's. The fixed displacement bent axis pumps generates a hydraulic fluid flow.
It is designed for use in all high power needs, industrial and mobile and all stationary hydraulic applications. The pump is a fixed pump with rotary group in bent-axis design open circuits.
Flow is proportional to drive speed and displacement.
For axial piston units with bent-axis design, the Pistons are arranged diagonally with respect to the drive shaft. The pumps covers the whole displacement range 5 to 130 cm3/rev.
The pump has been developed with modern styling and design to satisfy market demand as to designed new generation plate and pistons with give high flow performance, high pressures with high efficiency and very small dimensions.
The pump is available both to DIN, ISO and SAE world standards and can be mounted either directly at the gear box or any applications.
If necessary it can also be augmented with a By Pass Valve. Other brand bent axis pump compatible and interchangeable with Our bent axis pumps.
